Right Click Save has been curating conversations at the intersection of art and technology since 2022. Now we’ve built a better place to host them.

Our new website has three sections: the Magazine, the Index, and the one we’re most excited to share with you, the Forum. This is a dedicated discussion board with space for commentary, events, opportunities, resources, and promotion—a place for serious conversation that doesn’t depend on an algorithm. The Magazine remains the editorial backbone, running faster and looking cleaner with new light and dark modes, while the Index is an evolving map of the ecosystem we’ve been documenting since day one.

We built the Forum because while the old divisions between digital and contemporary art are breaking down, there is still no unified space to make sense of the new art ecosystem. Right Click Save seeks to be that place by giving your critical conversations the same prominence as our own articles. If you’re an artist with an exhibition to share, a collector with a new acquisition to highlight, or a curator with a bold vision to propose, the Forum is your new home.

Words matter. Critical perspectives matter. Having a home for both—where one can decipher the signal from the noise—feels more important than ever.

Because the Forum is a new experiment for us, we ask for your patience as we roll it out to more and more of our readership. If you’d like to join our community of critical voices, sign up for the waitlist here and get ready to shape the conversation.

Yelling Into The Void. If the dead internet theory holds, we are all operating in a kind of cultural afterlife: producing for systems that consume without reading, circulating ideas through networks that route them back bef...

State of the Digital Arts. I want to start by saying that my interest as Founding Editor of Right Click Save is not and has never been in defining the digital arts but in surfacing as wide a range of voices as possible to deter...
